ABOUT FCEA

FCEA Mission

 

To function as a nonprofit corporation for the purpose of engaging in benevolent, charitable, and other activities for the benefit of the employees of Fulton County and for any other lawful purposes not specifically prohibited to nonprofit organizations under the applicable laws of the State of Georgia, and/or the Constitution of the United States.


Encourage and promote the morale of all employees and carry out the responsibilities specified in the by-laws and its charter and engage in direct dialogue with all elected appointed officials of Fulton County and its sub-agent and/or agencies, wherever and whenever such dialogue would be the best method for communication and for discussing member(s) concerns and issues relative to work environment, human resources development, human resources management and employee benefits, etc.

Our History

Fulton County Employees' Assocoation 

The Association was chartered under the provisions of the laws of the State of Georgia, on December 12, 1969; and also referred to as  "FCEA" and  the "Association"

Objective

To boost the morale of all employees and keep them informed of Fulton County Government business.

 

To function as a nonprofit corporation and carry out the responsibilities specified in the FCEA By-Laws.

To engage in direct dialogue with all elected appointed officials of Fulton County and its sub-agent and/or agencies, wherever and whenever such dialogue would be the best method for communication.

 

To address and discuss member(s) concerns relative to the  work environment, human resources development, management and employee benefits, etc.
