Fulton County Employee Association memberships comes with many benefits both seen and unseen. As a non-profit organization it is our goal and purpose to provide our members with the means to become involved in an organization larger than themselves and reach hundreds of people throughout Fulton County Government and Courts. Our members also experience unity by volunteering, sharing and building lifelong relationships. Ultimately the FCEA focus is on Progress; progress of the individual, progress of Fulton County, progress of FCEA, and progress of Fulton County and Metro Atlanta.
Volunteerism:  FCEA believes in giving their time and talents personally to encourage and strengthen  the morale of employees.  It is during this time of serving that our members are able to forge relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their co-workers and Fulton County Government.

Networking:  Who do you know? Who would you like to know? Who needs to know you? Who do you need to know? FCEA provides members with the platform to meet other employees they would generally not have the opportunity to meet. FCEA expands the professional relationship enabling employees to network and form relationships which strengthens their career to progress professionally and personally.

Benelovent/Charity:  FCEA is founded on the principle of performing good and charitable acts of kindness. For many years the FCEA has generously given in various areas throughout Fulton County and Metro
Atlanta, and is a contributor of  the annual FCEA "Carolyn Parker Scholarship Fund.
